Quaint, fairly clean place, everything was very good, including staff and food. We loved our room that was cleaned and available with bathroom, a king size bed plus lovely view. The restaurant was good with freshly cooked meals.

the bed was cozy, so we had an awesome stay. efficient location, amazing restaurant, cool staff and great decor. 5 min walk to the heart of brighton. tiny room, good bathroom. liked the english breakfast there. the pool was heated and the garden — lovely.

Clean place and phenomenal location. Really polite staff of the property. The food was affordable, for breakfast we had cereals, eggs, cakes, meats and cheese. Such a very positive experience.
